"have had a very poor experience with this agency from October 2025 until now, March 2026. The service has been very deficient. They never call their clients to follow up, I have been charged improper fees that are not related to my account, they do not return my calls, and they also fail to communicate with their clients when necessary. Overall, the service I have received from this agency has been very poor and unprofessional. / He tenido una mala experiencia con esta agencia desde octubre de 2025 hasta ahora, marzo de 2026. El servicio ha sido muy deficiente. Nunca llaman a sus clientes para dar seguimiento, me han cobrado cargos indebidos que no corresponden, no responden mis llamadas y tampoco se comunican con los clientes cuando es necesario. En general, el servicio que he recibido por parte de esta agencia ha sido muy pobre y poco profesional."

"Honestly, I've always heard great things about State Farm, but Ashlee is really the cherry on top of an already awesome ice cream Sunday. She is incredibly attentive, will always try to find you the best deals, and is also very informative. Every question I had, she answered. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't even be thinking of getting a life insurance policy on top of already having car insurance. I've always thought that life insurance was out of my ballpark as far as pricing, but it's actually affordable and not something that's going to break the bank each month. I'm thankful that she was there to inform me and help me choose the right bundle for me. I'm not too sure who her manager is, but I hope that they appreciate her, because she greatly deserves it. GIVE THAT GIRL A PROMOTION."
